Yes! Kids are absolutely welcome to join the celebration. We can’t wait to see all the little ones dressed up and dancing right alongside us. Just be sure to include them when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly.

Please arrive 15–30 minutes before the ceremony begins to grab a seat and soak in the moment.

Yes! The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will all take place in the same space. We didn’t want to make you travel more after already making the trip to celebrate with us, so everything will be in one beautiful location.

We already have a home filled with everything we need (and probably a little too much stuff!). Yes! We’ve reserved room blocks at both the Hampton Inn and Hilton Garden Inn in Georgetown, conveniently located right across the street from our venue. You can book using our special wedding rate through the links on the Travel page. Rooms are available until February 26, 2026, or until they fill up, so don’t wait too long. If you try to book and the room block is full, reach out to the bride at lopezlove326@gmail.com and she can contact the hotel to request more spaces.

The closest airport is Bluegrass Airport, about 25–30 minutes from Georgetown, where the hotels and venue are located.

March in Kentucky likes to keep us guessing! You might get sunshine, light rain, or a chilly breeze all in the same week. Average temps range from the high 40s to low 60s, so we suggest dressing in layers and bringing a light jacket just in case. That said, no need to stress. Our wedding is indoors, and we’re crossing our fingers for picture-perfect skies!

RSVP Deadline: February 10, 2026 Please RSVP by the deadline so we can finalize all of our plans! We’ll send out one friendly text or email reminder to anyone who hasn’t RSVP’d. One week after that reminder, if we haven’t heard from you, we’ll have to mark you as “not attending.” We truly love you and will miss celebrating together, but it’s so important that we provide our vendors with the final guest count and allergy information by their deadline. This ensures we have plenty of food, drinks, and fun for everyone and that the celebration goes off without a hitch!
